WOW! What a great experience this was!
Ryan took us around the city of Waikiki on these super cool URB-E’s and it was an absolute blast! We had so much fun and a huge part of that was Ryan’s human, knowledge, and ability to make you feel confident as we were nervous at first with riding these! However, a couple minutes in we were pros! Totally worth the money, go have some fun!!

I had an excellent adventure on the URB-E tour with Ryan. We had breath taking views of diamond head and downtown Waikiki. I highly recommend this ride and it’s super easy! Ryan did an excellent job of explaining how to ride properly and safely. I had a blast and will definitely use them again! Go for it!

An ABSOLUTE MUST in Waikiki!!!!
My girlfriend and I went on the Diamond Head Tour. This trip was dynamic from start to finish. Ryan and his wife wee great hosts. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the island and gave great tips for us on our stay in Waikiki.
I would absolutely come back again and take another trip to diamond head on an URB-E!!!

Best thing we have ever done on vacation
We took the Diamond Head Tour. The URB-E was super easy to learn to ride. The trip to Diamond Head was beautiful. We hiked up Diamond Head which was awesome. Views are incredible. Our guides were AMAZING!!! As soon as we ended the tour we wanted to buy an URB-E. They ride like a moped but you don’t need a drivers license or gas…so the younger teens can ride one. If we stayed longer we would have done the day rentals. This is the BEST way to see the island. Don’t waste your money on anything else!

We had a great time with the URB-E tour of Diamond Head in Oahu. My husband is not a great bike rider and struggled to get the hang of it but Ryan and his wife were great. They were patient and spent time letting us get comfortable with the URB-E. and once we did, it was awesome! We rode by the beach, up and down Diamond Head and on the local streets. It was fun and better than bike riding 🙂 highly recommended!!

Great experience
The was a great way to see Honolulu! I had personalized tour and Ryan was a great guide. The URB-E was fun and has access to areas that the Segway tours do not. I got to see areas of Honolulu that I would have otherwise missed out on. Highly recommend the tour!

Great customer service
Had a great experience with URBE during our trip to Honolulu. The bikes were delivered to our hotel where the staff gave us full instruction. After a short while these bikes are easy to maneuver and a fun ride. We used them up to Diamond Head and beyond so they can easily handle the hills. Would def get them on our next visit.
